PHS culinary students tour Plaid Rhino | Events

The Culinary Arts I and II classes from Petal High School took a field trip to Plaid Rhino recently. The manager, Vaughn Bosarge, invited them to tour the kitchen, dine and play games. The students saw employees at work in a restaurant setting and what takes place after your order has been taken.

The students toured the freezer and pantry where food items are stored, grill and fry areas as well as the prep and dishwashing stations.
